All clients of InFiniteProHost are subject to the following terms of service: We will setup your account after we have received full payment Please note that the DNS (nameservers)can take up to 48 hours to update with your new hosting plan after you have set them up. But, approximately, will be updated within minute.
INDEMNIFICATION POLICY: [TOS 1]
You agree to use all InFiniteProHost services and facilities at your own risk. InFiniteProHost specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall InFiniteProHost be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold InFiniteProHost harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against InFiniteProHost, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless InFiniteProHost against liabilities arising out of Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with InFiniteProHost’s server.
InFiniteProHost reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from InFiniteProHost’s server. InFiniteProHost shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
BILLING: [TOS 2]
At this time we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the plan.
We accept Visa, Master Card, paypal. For webhosting plans we will not setup your account without any payment. Clients are encouraged to pay by paypal as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. Their are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.
We charge an 8.00% tax on applicable transactions. Additionally, a payment gateway fee will be applied based on the current rate of the selected gateway method.
LATE PAYMENTS: [TOS 3]
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. If you will not pay for service renew in 2 days after deactivation, your account will be suspended. If you will not pay for service renew in 30 days after deactivation, your account will be terminated. You will receive an email reminder 5 days till deactivation.

All services provided by InFiniteProHost may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless InFiniteProHost and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. Pornography is prohibited on all InFiniteProHost servers and or any type of sexual activity from our servers and strictly not allowed. This includes sites that include sexually explicit or hardcore images and/or advertising.
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company.
Subscriber further acknowledges that the company’s liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.
Illegality In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material. Undesirable Content Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have a right to distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.
All plans must be used for what they offer and must not be shared with anyone. All reseller plans are to be only used for reselling purposes and must have some type of reselling setup in order to be eligible to continue using reseller services. All shared hosting plans must be within the acceptance policy and no reseller plan can be used as shared hosting for any purposes. If found violating usage of plans, your account will be suspended and terminated after 7 days without any concern from the user and without any notice. We have the right to view any website hosted on our platform and have the right to control the suspension and termination without any notice. You must follow all the plan guidelines and must adhere to the specific package usage in order to continue using services provided by InFiniteProHost.
EXTRA FTP BACKUP STORAGE: [TOS 5]
Must NOT be used for File hosting or any other file hosting services such as rapidshare, mega, drive, onedrive, etc. This backup space can be used for any files but must not have any legal problems. This service must NOT be sold anywhere or offered to someone else for free other than the owner of that space. We have the right to terminate account at anytime if found violating any usage policy. We have the right to view connection logs, upload, logs, download logs, access logs but are limited to users privacy.
TERM “InFinite”: [TOS 6]
InFinite stands for having infinite resources but there’s no such thing as having InFinite. Your account may not be used as a storage and/or backup service for files/archives. Regular backups of databases, websites, etc, are permitted within reason. Any account found to be using an excessive and/or unreasonable amount of disk space may be asked to reduce their usage or face suspension/termination. Unlimited Reseller Hosting reserves the right to suspend/terminate any service for resource abuse at their discretion.

The following scripts are banned from use on our servers and may not be uploaded or run. Reasons for banning them include adverse effects on server load, invitations to hackers/spammers/criminal activity, etc.

Adult related website: NOTE: Adult related website are permitted, but absolutely must NOT violate ANY Europe and USA laws. No pornography or sexual stuff allowed.
Video / Picture hosting: We strictly don’t allow any type of streaming and or video hosting on or from our servers. Any user of InFiniteProHost and it’s resellers violating any of the terms will be suspended and or contacted to fix the violation within a given period of time otherwise account will be suspended and terminated without any explanations. However, InFiniteProHost will try and contact the user in the first place to fix the violation and try to work with the user in fixing the violation of the service.
SERVER USAGE/LIMITS/ABUSE: [TOS 8]
- 25% CPU and or RAM for more than 3 minutes.
- Combined 10% CPU & RAM over 24 hours.
- 400 email limit per domain per day.
- 50 concurrent database connections at one time.
- 3 – 5 GB of website data per account minimum.
- Apache threads to be open no longer then 999 seconds.
- Max PHP session time of 300 seconds or less.
- Any such cases will be found the account will be terminated with or without any notice and no refund issued. Account is to be used for hosting only.
- Any account suspended for more than 14+ days will be terminated from the server and all data will be removed. NOTE: Suspended accounts are not eligible for backups.
- All websites hosted on our servers must be pointing to our name servers or server IP. If any account that is reported by our system not pointing to our servers for more than 14 days will be suspended and terminated without any notice.
- Although many accounts will have unlimited resources allowed it does not mean that they are allowed to store as much data as needed. You may use your account for personal use but not as a backup facility for automated backups or things of that nature. If you are unsure if your intended use violates these terms of service please contact us.
- Customers can contact our team for additional FTP cloud backup storage if needed for free of cost to unload data from the server.
- Unlimited cPanel Accounts: Each reseller hosting account includes up to 100 cPanel accounts and although we will allow more than this 100 account limit on our unlimited packages, the changes to the pricing from cPanel have meant we now have to charge an additional £0.40 per account. If your account has over 100 cPanel accounts at the time of your monthly invoice date or on the 1st of each month for those paying annually, we will send an additional invoice to cover these costs.
- InFinite cPanel Account [Addon]: If purchased this add-on, you are allowed to create as many cPanel accounts as you want without any extra fees.
- Mega Super Alpha: If you have over 30 accounts we may add a $0.40 fee for each account per month

STRICTLY NO SPAMMING, PHISHING AND ABUSE ALLOWED FROM OUR SERVICES
99.99% UPTIME GUARANTEE: [TOS 9]
(1.) COVERAGE – This 99.99% uptime guarantee applies to any Customer in good financial standing with InFiniteProHost at the time of a service outage.
(2.) SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (‘SLA’) & SPECIFICATIONS – InFiniteProHost endeavors to have the content of YOUR website available for http access by any party in the world 99.99% of the time. Network downtime (‘unavailability’) is defined as 100% packet loss from InFiniteProHost to its backbone providers. Downtime is measured past 30 minutes after notification of network failure via InFiniteProHost’s online ticketing system. If the ticketing system itself is unreachable, the ticket must be started by emailing the InFiniteProHost NOC [[email protected]].
InFiniteProHost’s administrators will determine the end of the downtime by a traceroute to YOUR machine from outside the InFiniteProHost network.
(3a.) SHARED HOSTING CREDITS – In the event that YOUR website is unavailable for less than 100%, InFiniteProHost will credit the following month’s service fee as follows. YOUR credit shall be retroactive and measured in 24 hours a day of a calendar month, with the maximum credit not exceeding 50% of the monthly service charge for the affected month.
– 95% to 99.9% – YOUR account will be credited 10% of your monthly hosting fee
– 90% to 94.9% – YOUR account will be credited 20% of your monthly hosting fee
– 89.9% or below – YOUR account will be credited 50% of your monthly hosting fee
(3b.) Credit shall not be provided to YOU in the event that you have any outage resulting from:
- scheduled maintenance as posted from time to time at InFiniteProHost,
– your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications,
– circumstances beyond InFiniteProHost’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, including DNS propagation, domain name registration/transfer, failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your web site,
– YOU breaking any agreement policy in InFiniteProHost’s ‘Terms & Conditions and AUP’ causing a machine to fail as a result.
NETWORK SECURITY: [TOS 10]
Customers may not use the InFiniteProHost network with an attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for YOU, logging into a server or account YOU are not expressly authorized to access, password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weakness, or violation of any other organization’s security policy. YOU may not attempt to interfere or deny service to any user, host, or network. This includes, but is not limited to, flooding, mail bombing, or other deliberate attempts to overload or crash a host or network. InFiniteProHost will cooperate fully with investigations for violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations. Users who violate system or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: [TOS 11]
Material accessible to you through InFiniteProHost’s services may be subject to protection under the United States or other copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets and proprietary information. Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, YOU must not use InFiniteProHost or its servers and network in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material that you access or receive through the InFiniteProHost network. If YOU use a domain name in connection with InFiniteProHost or similar service, YOU must not use that domain name in violation of any trademark, service mark, or similar rights of any third party.
PROMOTIONAL RATES & SPECIAL OFFERS: [TOS 12]
InFiniteProHost may offer subsequent promotional rates or special offers, the terms of which may or may not be more favorable than the terms and conditions for YOUR Services. Any such promotions or modifications shall not effect YOUR obligations under this Agreement. Promotional fees may be subject to additional terms and conditions which, to the extent they conflict with the terms of this Agreement, shall govern. Different promotional fees and special offers may not be combined together.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT BOUNDARIES: [TOS 13]
InFiniteProHost provides technical support for YOU that encompasses within our area of expertise only. Such expertise includes assistance, troubleshooting, and debugging of our cPanel control panel interface, servers within our immediate responsibility and any other hosting related issues.
Unlike many hosting companies We do our best to help with scripts, templates and programing languages. However, under no circumstances is InFiniteProHost obligated to help YOU in the installations of new application modules, templates and/or programming languages, nor in providing assistance for any errors produced by any applications that have been modified by YOU previously.
ELECTRONIC COMMERCE: [TOS 14]
YOU will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of YOUR online store and products along with all content and materials appearing online or on YOUR products, including without limitation:
(a.) the accuracy and appropriateness of content and materials appearing within the store or related to YOUR products,
(b.) ensuring that the content and materials appearing within the store or related to YOUR products do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, and
(c.) ensuring that the content and materials appearing within the store or related to YOUR products are not libelous or otherwise illegal. YOU will be solely responsible for the final calculation and application of shipping and sales tax. YOU will also be solely responsible for accepting, processing, and filling any customer orders, and for handling any customer inquiries or complaints arising there from.
YOU are also responsible for the security of any customer credit card numbers and related customer information YOU may access as a result of conducting electronic commerce transactions through YOUR website. YOU will keep all such information confidential and will use the same degree of care and security as YOU use with your confidential information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: [TOS 15]
InFiniteProHost shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from InFiniteProHost servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, InFiniteProHost shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of InFiniteProHost servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
PUBLIC FEEDBACK: [TOS 16]
We have a zero tolerance policy for posting negative feedback on any public locations about our company and/or our employees before submitting a ticket to our “Suggestions & Complaints” Department to discuss your issue, this will result in immediate account termination without any refund.Although it is your right to post feedback without discussing your issue with us first, it is undoubtedly unfair and unprofessional not to, which is not the type of client that we want to deal with. We have the utmost respect for all of our clients, and are more than fair with all of our clients. We will do anything and everything possible to keep all of our clients satisfied. But in the unlikely event you are not satisfied, all that we ask is to discuss your issue with our Complaints Department first. For example, if you are the type of person to run to the forums at the first chance you get to complain, please DO NOT SIGNUP with InFiniteProHost in the first place.
REFUND POLICY: [TOS 17]
InFiniteProHost has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. There are no refunds. Service fees are non-refundable. For cancelled memberships which are being paid for on a monthly basis, billing will stop at the time of cancellation. By making a purchase on InFiniteProHost, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the InFiniteProHost No Refund Policy unless specifically stated on a post, sale, banner, or advertisement. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and Cancel Anytime does not apply for the first month of eBay Super Alpha Reseller Listing but starts on the second month of service. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee will be discontinued on April 30th 2021 and Cancel Anytime will not be affected by this change.
SERVICE CANCELLATION: [TOS 18]
Service cancellation requests for the following month must be submitted prior to your following month invoice generating, which typically occurs 14 days prior to your anniversary date. By cancelling in advance you avoid being responsible for the next month of service. Cancellations that are submitted after our 14 day notice requirement, will still be subject to any fees for the next billing cycle where notification was not given, your service will terminate after the end of your next billing cycle. Refund for cancellation will be only applied to the remaining days and any service fees or payment gateway fees for that month won’t be refunded.

InFiniteProHost cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by InFiniteProHost are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by InFiniteProHost are not directly owned or written by InFiniteProHost. Moreover, InFiniteProHost holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as InFiniteProHost sees fit. FURTHERMORE, InFiniteProHost retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification. You are responsible for backing up your site. We are not responsible for lost files.
VPS HOSTING [TOS 20]
1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using our Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”), our Acceptable Usage Policy (“AUP”), and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description Our VPS hosting services provide customers with virtualized server environments, including root or administrative access and the ability to install software and configure the server as needed. The exact resources (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth) available depend on the specific plan purchased.
3. Account and Usage Responsibilities 3.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including passwords and access credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Permitted Use: The VPS may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in any activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws.
3.3 Resource Usage: You are required to use server resources responsibly. Excessive usage that negatively impacts other customers’ services may result in limitations, suspension, or termination of your account.
4. Payments and Refunds 4.1 Billing: All VPS hosting services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as per your selected plan.
4.2 No Refund Policy: VPS hosting services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the plan purchased or under a money-back guarantee policy. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4.3 Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. We are not responsible for any data loss caused by non-payment.
5. Backups and Data Responsibility 5.1 Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data hosted on our VPS. While we may provide optional backup solutions, these are not guaranteed.
5.2 Data Loss: We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, human error, software issues, or other causes.
6. Support and Maintenance 6.1 Support Availability: Technical support is available during the stated support hours (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM, and weekends as specified). We strive to respond to all tickets promptly.
6.2 Scope of Support: Our support is limited to network issues, hardware-related problems, and initial VPS setup. We do not provide support for third-party software or custom configurations unless explicitly agreed.
7. Service Suspension and Termination 7.1 Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend your service for violations of the TOS, AUP, or failure to make payments.
7.2 Termination: We may terminate your account without notice in the event of severe violations, such as illegal activities or abuse of resources.
7.3 Customer-Initiated Termination: You may cancel your VPS service at any time via the client area. No refunds will be provided for unused service periods unless specified.
8. Prohibited Activities Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

9. Liability and Indemnification 9.1 Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the VPS service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 30 days.
9.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including legal fees.
10. Changes to the Terms of Service We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the TOS periodically. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
